  • 2 tablespoons Pesto
  • 1 tablespoon Shallot thinly sliced
  • 2 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • ¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes julienned
  • 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes optional, to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

  • Sprinkle with dried oregano and red pepper flakes, if using.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges golden. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
