Instructions
Toss the shrimp, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger paste into a bowl and mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in your pressure cooker on sauté mode or on the stove.
Add shrimp mix to the hot oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and curled.
Stir in honey and chili flakes if using. Simmer for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Seal the pressure cooker. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes max. Quick release pressure, sprinkle green onions.
Notes
Serve over rice or as a starter.
