  • 450 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste or grated fresh ginger
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Red chili flakes optional
  • 2 Green onions for garnish

  • Toss the shrimp, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger paste into a bowl and mix well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in your pressure cooker on sauté mode or on the stove.
  • Add shrimp mix to the hot oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and curled.
  • Stir in honey and chili flakes if using. Simmer for 1 to 2 more minutes.
  • Seal the pressure cooker. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes max. Quick release pressure, sprinkle green onions.

Notes

Serve over rice or as a starter.
